HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

You can place an order either by phone, dialing 210-9924449 or directly via our e-shop www.natans.gr

There you can find the products that interest you via the search engines and from various thematic pages. Press the link “Add to Cart” below the product that interests you and it will be added to your e-shop cart.

Once you have completed adding products to the cart, press the link “Go to Cart” where you can also add, remove or change the quantities of the products you have selected.

Once you complete your order press “Complete Order” via your cart. Fill in the Billing Address, the Shipment Method and the Payment Method you desire and press the “Complete Order” tab which is below the list of products of your cart, in order to send your order.

SHIPMENT METHODS

Shipment of orders within Greece will be performed with a private courier company. In distant or unapproachable areas, delivery will be effected by ELTA Courier servicing your area or at your local Post Office, from which you will be notified to collect your parcel.

DELIVERY TIME

In all major cities of Greece, products will be delivered within 1-5 business days.

In islands or distant or unapproachable areas, products will be delivered within 2-7 business days.

In case our stock is exhausted, we will notify you by phone or e-mail for any delays in the delivery of your order.

SHIPMENT COST

For orders placed within Greece of a value of over sixty (€60.00), shipment is for free (courier & cash on delivery).

For orders within Greece, shipping costs are calculated based on order weight.

In Attica: for orders up to 2 kilos the shipping costs amount 2 euros. For each additional kilo, the shipping costs are increased by 1 euro.

Other than Attica: for orders up to 2 kilos the shipping costs amount 2.5 euros. For each additional kilo, the shipping costs are increased by 1 euro.

In case products are sent on cash on delivery basis, a rate of one & a half euros (€1.50) shall be extra charged, which corresponds to the cash on delivery cost.

ORDERS FROM ABROAD

For orders from all other countries besides Greece shipment is effected by post as a registered parcel and shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and shipping country.

Delivery time: 3-15 business days, with respect to the destination country.

In case of shipments outside Greece, payment is effected via

• PayPal,
• Credit/Debit Card.

CAUTION: A necessary condition for the correct and direct shipment of the orders is that you fill in all the details we request. It is also necessary to enter your mobile or fixed phone number and your e-mail address so that we will be able to contact you for issues that relate to the shipment of your order.
